I guess this is my fitblr. I’m rather overweight at the moment, well from my starting weight I was 0.1 units away from an obese BMI. I’m very unhappy with the way I look right now, I’m uncomfortable with my body and have honestly never felt good with how I am. Instead of complaining and moaning about it, I’m actively doing something now. Lets hope it goes well.

But I managed, in fact, towards the last 15 seconds of the 3 minute runs I had the feeling I could keep going, if only for another 30/60 seconds. I didn&amp;#8217;t though. &lt;p&gt;Which is good, it&amp;#8217;s 2lbs down from last week. I&amp;#8217;m finally losing weight again. But I was pretty good last week, and expected a loss of 3lbs. I shouldn&amp;#8217;t let it get me down, I know I shouldn&amp;#8217;t. I guess there&amp;#8217;s only really one thing to do. I&amp;#8217;ll work harder this week. &lt;/p&gt;

It so nice having her there to ask if I want to go, it makes makes me more motivated. If she hadn&amp;#8217;t asked I&amp;#8217;d just be sat on the couch all night, instead I spent an hour and a half at the gym tonight. Were going tomorrow morning as well :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did C25K Week 2 Day 2 today, I&amp;#8217;m pretty happy with how it went, I did get quite out of breath, but it wasn&amp;#8217;t too bad. I&amp;#8217;m really eager to get the week three now!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My eating has been good too apart from a few minstrels, but they wont do much harm.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I started the C25K again today, (I&amp;#8217;ve tried it quite a few times, but I&amp;#8217;d always given up). I started on Week 2 though, which was surprisingly easy, I think it&amp;#8217;s because I had always run in my garden before, but this time I was doing it on a treadmill.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My eating has been good too. I really hope I can keep this up. Sorry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My eating has been all over the place since then, a few days of healthy eating then a few unhealthy ones. I have no structure. I need structure, I need routine with my eating, it&amp;#8217;s what worked for me last time, I&amp;#8217;m hoping it&amp;#8217;s what will work for me now.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I weighed in this morning at 181lbs, which I&amp;#8217;d class as a success as I&amp;#8217;ve only put on 1lb over the past two and a bit months. I am rather happy with that to be honest. So my hopefully realistic goal for my next weigh in is to get back down into the 170s.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My eating has been good today, around 1300 calories at a guess. I&amp;#8217;m hoping my eating will go just as well tomorrow :) I&amp;#8217;m going with my flatmate to the gym in the morning as well, which will be nice start to the day.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I weighed in at 180lbs which is a loss of 2lbs :D I am very happy with that. I&amp;#8217;m back on track guys!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On another note, I am working quite a bit this week, which is not only good because I have to stand my whole shift (okay, I know it&amp;#8217;s not exactly exercise, but it is better than sitting for an entire shift), but it also means I can&amp;#8217;t snack, we are obviously not allowed to eat whilst working. The only food I will be able to eat is whatever I have packed for that day, which recently has been fruit and vegetables. I don&amp;#8217;t really have time to leave work on my break to get something to eat, which is good, it means I can&amp;#8217;t go down to McDonalds if I had a bad day. I just have to sit in the staff room and eat whatever I have packed. &lt;/p&gt;
